Opinion 123 Ethical questions and observations on the permanent contraindication to blood donation for any man who declares to have had sexual relations with one or more men


The French Minister of Social Affairs and Health has referred the matter to the National Ethics Consultative Committee (CCNE), asking for an opinion "on the ethical relevance of changing the practice of permanent contraindication to blood donation for men who have declared that they have had sexual relations with other men".
