Aging, end of life
Opinion 139 Ethical issues relating to end-of-life situations: autonomy and solidarity

Citizens, parliamentarians, associations, caregivers, intellectuals, etc. are discussing whether or not the law should be changed, since current laws do not provide for active assistance in dying. This is the purpose of its Opinion 139 "Ethical questions relating to end-of-life situations: autonomy and solidarity", in which it makes several proposals.
