Accessibility declaration

The Comité Consultatif National D'Étique undertakes to make its internet, intranet and extranet sites and mobile applications accessible, in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
This declaration of accessibility applies to the ccne-ethique.fr website. It was drawn up on 21 February 2022, on the basis of the content available at that date.

The compliance audit, carried out by Access First on a sample of 11 pages, revealed that 61.2% of the RGAA criteria had been met.

Non-compliance

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • Images carrying information have a textual alternative that is absent or irrelevant;
  • Decorative images are not correctly ignored by assistive technologies;
  • Links are not sufficiently explicit;
  • Scripts are not compatible with assistive technologies;
  • Scripts are not accessible using the keyboard or any other pointing device;
  • The source code generated for the pages is invalid;
  • Some pages have a default language that is missing or irrelevant;
  • Some page titles are missing or irrelevant;
  • Some language changes are not indicated in the source code or have an irrelevant language code;
  • Some tags are only used for presentation purposes and the text is not correctly structured;
  • The content is not always correctly structured using headings;
  • The structure of the document is not always consistent;
